Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ Summer School is open for Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ full-time and part-time students, students from other universities and international students, alumni, and Consortium Exchange Program students.

Summer School students are allowed to take 3 courses maximum, no auditing is allowed.

1) Application procedures:

  • On-line registrationÌýfor Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ Summer School will be conducted fromÌýMay 26, 2025, to June 9, 2025.ÌýSummer SchoolÌýschedule will be posted on the Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ website byÌýMay 23, 2025 (the course list will be updated on a daily basis upon submission of schedules by departments). Summer School students are allowed to enroll for credits only; no auditing is allowed.Ìý The maximum academic load is 18 credit hours.

  • Non-Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ students have to download Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ Summer School Application, fill it out andÌýÌýsend viaÌýe-mail to kadirova_g@auca.kg.Ìý

Ìý

  • Non-Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ students who are Kyrgyz Republic citizens have to submit applicationÌýform a week prior to the beginning of classes.

  • Current Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ students can enroll in summer courses by submitting study cards electronically through Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ online Registration system fromÌýMay 26, 2025, to June 9, 2025.Ìý Electronic study cards with advisors’ approvals should be submitted to Registrar’s Office to complete the registration process. Please note that you need to pay Summer School tuition in advance to get access to online registration. 2) Grading System and Record:

  • Summer School will follow the Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ's grading system;
  • Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ full-time and part-time students will have their grades included in their Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ transcripts;
  • External students will receive Ó×Å®ÊÓÆµ transcripts.
